D365 PortalThe Billing screen brings together which plan you have, what state the subscription is in, how many seats you use and what limits your plan applies.
What each field tells you

| Current plan | Starter or Pro. It determines every limit. |
| Status | Active, Trialing, Past due, Canceled, Unpaid, Paused or Incomplete. |
| Renews on / Ends on | Date of the next charge, or the date access ends if you cancelled. |
| Members | Seats used against the plan maximum. |
| Environments included | How many environments you can register. |
| Daily ingestion cap | How much data your organization takes per day. |
| Retention | How long telemetry is kept. |
Change payment method, see invoices or cancel
The «Manage subscription» button opens the billing portal, where payment methods, invoices and cancellation live.
If the subscription goes Past due or Unpaid, the organization can no longer grow: no new environments or members. Dashboards keep working.
During the open beta
Access is free and the host covers the Azure cost. There is no charge and the ingestion cap still applies, at the platform level. Billing arrives when this stage closes, with advance notice.
